Safeguarding & Child Protection — KFB Football Academy & FC

KFB Football Academy & FC is committed to a football environment in which young players are treated with dignity and their welfare comes first.

Academy applications for ages 7–15 require parent or guardian confirmation. Any FC/player applicant under 18 also requires parent or guardian details and consent. Parents and guardians should use only verified KFB contact channels for training, trials, payments, travel and player-development instructions.

Concerns involving the safety or welfare of a child should be reported promptly through the club's official contact channel so that club management can respond and, where appropriate, involve the relevant authorities or safeguarding professionals.

Club staff should never request private passwords or unrelated sensitive financial credentials from an Academy applicant.

If a safeguarding concern involves immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority as well as the club through its verified channels. KFB will publish named safeguarding contacts when those appointments are formally confirmed.
